Sample Creation: Muslin & Digital Prototyping
Before committing to final materials, we offer two types of sample creation to help you visualize and perfect your designs: muslin samples and digital samples. Both options allow you to see your concept come to life and make any necessary adjustments before moving to full production.
Muslin Samples: We create physical prototypes using muslin, a cost-effective fabric that allows you to assess the fit, silhouette, and construction of your design. This hands-on approach helps identify any design or technical issues early, ensuring a smooth transition to final fabrics.
Digital Samples: For a faster and more sustainable approach, we also offer digital sampling. Using advanced 3D design software like Style 3D, we create highly realistic digital prototypes of your garments. This allows you to visualize how fabrics, colors, and prints will look without the need for physical materials. It’s a great option for early-stage feedback, revisions, and even marketing purposes.

Technical Design & Fit
Once your design is finalized, we ensure that it transitions seamlessly into a production-ready garment. Our technical team works diligently to uphold your design’s integrity while perfecting the fit and finish.
